Seminole State College 5K - March 28Celebrating the completion of new campus facilities, come out to join us for the Inaugural Seminole State College 5K. Address: 100 Weldon Blvd., Sanford, FLFREE Kids Run following the 5K event. Registration for kids will be the day of event only and is free to all kids. Distances will vary by age. Parking: Parking will be available on campus in Parking lots 3, 4, and 5 near the Weldon Blvd entrance. Entry: $20 through March 20 $25 March 21 through March 27 $30 Day of Race (cash or check only) (all fees are non-refundable/non transferable) Special Pricing for Seminole State College Students, Faculty and Staff. $15 through March 20. Online registration is not available for special pricing. All registration forms must be turned in with a valid ID to the Athletics department front desk in Building H on campus. All registered participants over the first 400 are guaranteed a cotton event t-shirt. Shirt sizes not guaranteed for day of race registration. Pre-Race Packet Pick-Up: Early pick-up of your race number and t-shirt will be held at Front Running Sports in Lake Mary on the following days. Thursday, March 25 from 10 am to 7 pm Friday, March 26 from 10 am to 7 pm Saturday, March 27 from 10 am to 5 pm. Packets will also be available for pick-up on race day at the event site beginning at 7:00 am. Awards: Overall Male and Female Overall Masters Male and Female Top 3 Male and Female in the following age categories: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and over. Beneficiary: Proceeds from this event will benefit Seminole State College athletic scholarships. Restrictions: For safety reasons baby-joggers/strollers, in-line skates, skateboards, and dogs will not be allowed on the race course.
