Parking:
Begin to arrive as early as 5:30pm to avoid traffic congestion.  Parking is available at surrounding businesses.

Driving Directions to Oval Park:
From Downtown Orlando take I-4 East to the Heathrow/County Road 46A exit (exit 101A).  Turn Left on County Road 46A / HE Thomas Pkwy.  Turn Left onto International Parkway.  The event will be on the right in Oval Park with parking at surrounding businesses.
From Volusia County take I-4 West to the Heathrow/County Road 46A exit (exit 101A).  Turn left on County Road 46A / HE Thomas Pkwy.  Turn left onto International Parkway.  The event will be on the right in Oval Park with parking at surrounding businesses.

Rescue Run After Party!
Registered participants receive one FREE Beer voucher which is attached to your race number.  Race participants and spectators may purchase additional beer for a $2 donation.  Stop by the beer station offered on race night!

Corporate Tents:
Increase excitement and team camaraderie with your teams own 10' x 10' tent!  See the attached flyer for more information on tent rental.

Arrange to have food waiting for your team when you return to your tent.  Below is a list of suggested vendors for ordering.

Team Photos:
Team photos will be taken from 5:00 pm to 6:15 pm.  Each team will receive one free team photo.  Additional photos will be available for purchase.

Big Frog Custom T-shirts in Winter Park is teaming up with the Rescue Run to provide team shirts.  They will customize the design with your selected color, corporate logo, or picture of your choice for FREE! A portion of the proceeds of each shirt sale will be donated to the Rescue Outreach Mission.  For more information contact Big Frog at 321-972-8879.

Course Info:
Runners and Walkers will travel down the scenic International Parkway and down the Seminole Trail.  Starting and Finishing in Oval Park.  Water Stations will be available along the route.

Timing and Scoring:
This event is a non-timed event.  Scoring will be done via Team Captains.  Read more about timing and scoring details in the captain's packet.

Individual Registration:
So you are not part of a team but you still want to participate.  No problem, we would love to have you come out and enjoy the party.  Individuals may register online as an individual runner.

Registration Fees:
Early Registration is $22/participant through March 14
Late Registration is $30/particpant March 15 - March 23
Registration closes Tuesday March 23 at 7pm.
NO Race Day Registration for this event.

Available at Front Running Sports by TEAM CAPTAIN.
Includes Race Bibs, T-shirts, and Day of Race information.

Restrictions:
For safety reasons baby joggers / strollers, skates, and dogs will not be allowed on the race course.  You must be 8 years old to participate.  Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
No glass bottles will be permitted at Oval Park.  Coolers and bags are subject to search.  One company banner may be displayed with the the structure of a rented tent.  All other banners will be removed.
